Five months after A Little Vengeance arrived on her 35th birthday, Jessie Reyez is releasing the album under its full name. The Grammy-nominated, six-time Juno winner has announced A Little Vengeance (is more human than no vengeance at all), a deluxe edition due November 6 through FMLY/Island Records. Its newest single, "Softer," is out now with a lyric video.

The deluxe adds eight tracks to the June release. Four of them reached listeners one week at a time in the run-up to the announcement: "Made 4 This," "Sovereign Land," "Softer" and "For Sixxx in the Mornin," which features the rapper Samara Cyn. The other four are new, among them a "Goat Princess Interlude," a closing "Colombian King & Queen Interlude Part 2" and "Go 2 War." The fourth is a song titled "I Just Want to Pet My Dog," which sits directly after "Softer" in the sequence.

Read in order, the bonus disc opens with "Made 4 This" and goes straight into "Go 2 War," then spends its back half on the slower material. Island describes the set as anthems paired with softer, melodic moments. The new interludes extend the standard edition's design, since the label has said its 17 songs were organized around three interludes that move the listener between emotional chapters.

That original album carried guest turns from Ty Dolla $ign, D Smoke, Lekan and RAAHiiM along with a Bob Marley sample. It also held "Ain't U Tired," the spring single with Muni Long. On release day, Reyez attached a warning in the label's announcement: "Just a PSA, this album is not a sign for you to message your ex." Island's description of "For Sixxx in the Mornin" calls it a song about aching for a former lover, so the deluxe tests how firmly she meant that.

The record will land in the middle of a tour. The A Little Vengeance Tour opens Tuesday (Nov 3) at the WAMU Theater in Seattle, which puts the deluxe on streaming services the day she plays the Fox Theater in Oakland. Island is billing the run as her first headline arena tour and says shows in Los Angeles, Chicago, Sacramento, Oakland, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas, Washington and Boston have sold out.

The routing is more mixed than that billing suggests. The Kia Forum in Inglewood on Nov 9 and Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Nov 19 are full arenas. Houston's 713 Music Hall, Dallas's South Side Ballroom and the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago are standing-room halls. Brooklyn is the only New York-area date, a Thursday night, and the tour closes in her hometown on Nov 24 at the Coca-Cola Coliseum.

Reyez arrives at that first show with a London stage behind her. On October 21 she sang at Back to Black 20, where Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi reunited the Amy Winehouse Band at the Roundhouse in Camden to play the 2006 album in full. She was handed "Rehab," the record's opening track and the song that won Winehouse three Grammys, before the full cast came back out for "Valerie."

The year had already put her in front of a global television audience. On June 12, the day the album dropped, she performed at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Opening Ceremony in Toronto with the Palestinian singer-songwriter Elyanna. They sang "Illuminate," their song from the tournament's official album. Earlier in 2026 she put out $TILL PAID, a five-track companion to last year's Paid in Memories that includes a remix with Stormzy.

Her catalog gives the tour a floor to stand on. "Figures," the 2017 breakout, and "Imported," her duet with 6LACK, are each certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA, and her 2020 debut Before Love Came to Kill Us has gone Gold. Her writing credits run through records by Dua Lipa, Sam Smith, Kehlani, LISA and Calvin Harris. Her version of "Is This Love" appeared on the Bob Marley: One Love soundtrack, which won the Grammy for Best Reggae Album.

Alongside the album cycle, she has started the Jessie Reyez Fund with the nonprofit PLUS1, aimed at widening music-industry access for women and historically underrepresented communities. Its first visible work came through tour partnerships, including a collaboration with Nando's that the label says produced 500 donated meals.
